If you'd care to take a peek at what "we've" been doing, you

If it appears as text in your browser, Save As, from the File Menu
and convert with Stuffit Expander. No quite as smooth as Chris'
FB downloads, and maybe someone can give Anders a pointer or
two. I can't.

This is the version I was trying when I was going to run the Demos
from the Book. I'm revising it to incorporate the Demos within the
book. More work, but smaller and will probably work better. The
original concept was much easier to implement.
