Of course, it had its origin on the Mac - way back before Windows. One of the
things Gates managed to "steal" from Apple - at least the programming know-how
that let MS do it; otherwise, they wouldn't have had a clue.

PS -- Keep your eyes open for the next beta of the "Book". I've finally got the
"Popup Menu Demo" integrated into it. Works well, but I made quite a few changes
in the style of the code - mostly to reduce the length of statement lines so
they would fit in the fairly narrow Code Window, none in the substance. Great
job Ken. I think you'll be interested. It's Demo 4.
