I was doing QBasic (DOS) in college and found that most simple 
programs would run under the FB^3 console with only minor changes.

I never tried FBII though but my feeling is it would be better to 
restart from scratch for a true Mac program.

There is a QBasic to FBII Converter out there but I'm not sure if it 
was for QBasic or QuickBasic.
