There is a book titled ResEdit Complete by Peter Alley and Carolyn Strange.
It should be available at Amazon.com. It's the only one I've ever seen.

By the way, don't forget about Resourcerer from Mathemaesthetics. They may
let you use some of their documentation if you ask them.
