I've been silent a long time too and I been watching the developments
with great interest.  For Staz, you have my complete support and the
support of everyone where I work.  You've never let me down and I have
seen you always try to do the right thing, so I trust you completely on
this one.  Do what you have to and I (and many others) will back you up
100%.
