I am quite saddened to see this happen on this list.
That someone felt provoked so much as to walk away.
I've never seen a message here before where someone gave up and walked away.

I have pushed the envelope at times on difficult questions, and I don't
give up.
I have developed a thick skin, a sense of humour, and an (apparently)
annoying sarcastic bent.

I've been here for a couple of years.
I view you as friends.
I don't really know you at all.
But you help me, you criticise me, when I get up your nose you send me an
email.
I try to help when I can.

I don't know quite what I'm trying to say here.

Sometimes I write a reply to something and send it.
Sometimes I write a reply and let it burn a hole in my hard disk for a
couple of days. Then re-read it, and then write a better reply ... or ...

... sometimes the best reply is no reply at all.
