BTW... the idea of "kill the thread" means "don't post any more on it", 
for those who missed that... the fact that I came in this morning and 
found that five of the ten messages waiting from FB were about this was 
bothersome.

To the person who sent me (privately) the history of this person on 
another list, thanks. Hopefully he was here a short enough time to not 
cause that kind of problem.

Now, _I'll_ forget this mess and get back to coding & answering 
questions. If anyone else can't seem to forget it, I'll unsubscribe them 
for a while and see if that helps...

For anyone who is still upset about getting the file attachment(s) - it 
happens. It's _usually_ an accident. They're _usually_ useful _anyway_. 
It's part of the "cost" of being on this list. I'm going to quote a 
couple of things from the FAQ though -

So, rather than getting upset and posting to the list when something like 
this happens, email _me_. If the gentlemen in question had not 
unsubscribed, after his postings this morning, I would have removed him. 
There is no need to post to the list and get _other_ people riled up. To 
the three people who _did_ email me; thanks.
