I have been looking for a way to include a slider CDEF in a dialog used
in a stand alone code resource created with FB and dug into my FB file
archives and came across Jonathan Durkee's RadSlider CDEF.   

For the most part, it works great. 

The problem is that I also need to refresh an edit field with position
info while dragging.  Is there a way to pass the CDEF a pointer to a proc
that the CDEF will call when the slider control is dragged?  

The CDEF would also need to pass it's current position value to the proc
so the edit field info could be calculated based on the slider position...

(I also have purchased CDEF City I & II from Ariel several years ago but
the CDEF in that package has several problems and erases all the controls
and text in the dialog...)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
