No, I did not. I know the first question they would ask is "How" and 
I couldn't remember after spending two days reconstructing all my 
files -- I backup only data and not programs that I can install.

Joe:

IMHO, the best back-up is another hard drive. So, I just copy one 
drive to the other and watch TV until it's done. I used to use zip 
drives (100 meg), but it just got to be too difficult to divide 
things into 100 meg segments.

There was an excellent back-up utility that I used to use called Disk 
Fit, but they stopped upgrading it.
