Just looking for a way to set a monitor to 640x480 that is overall
compatable. I was about 2 steps from using Game Sprockets, however:

 - Game Sprockets destroys the menubar
 - Game Sprockets adds a background window to the program
 - And it also likes to goof up different regions if the window is moved
 - it isn't on ever Mac
 - and probably is less compatable with older OSs
