"The Book" is almost 14 MBs and I, too, see all of the Files.  Of course, belt
and suspender sort of guy that I am, I take the precaution of dragging all the
files to the Project Window - except for the external Resources and files, that I
want to KEEP external, .  Those I place in the Project Folder. There may be
reasons to do it another way, but I don't think they are really good ones.
(Exceptions of course!)
