Thanks Jay - and Andy G., naturally!

The difference is impressive - even on a G4.  I have an app somewhat like
Steve's Demo - I think, where you could actually see the Edit Fields redraw on
my large screen.  It has 466 Edit Fields and on a 21" screen you can see 120
at a time.  Before this change, you could see the Edit Fields changing, now,
instead, you see the whole screen change - almost.
