All they would have to do (if it was that simple) is to add some toolbox chips to an Intel's Pentium's motherboard and it becomes a windoze PLUS machine. It would be capable of running windozes (after all it's a windoze machine) and also be able to run Mac software because the toolbox chips are in -- very interesting...
