Have you tried Staz's excellent HTML renderer? (It's on the FB^3 CD)

You could build an HTML page in Homepage or BBEdit point with links to the
Apple Help or point the HTML renderer directly to the Apple Help
(I guess it must be in the System folder in a standard location...)

Anyway check out the functionality it's the best way for Help
files since it includes Help text, Graphics, local and internet links
all in a single file.

The only problem with it is that it requires MacOS 8.5 or later....
