Hi Pete,

Apparently the Project is set up to use the Standard Basic Runtime, but
doesn't provide for initialization of the Menu Resources and isn't organized
the way I thought Standard Basic Programs should be organized.  It has the
more traditional Mac Toolbox Event Loop, rather than using ON Dialog, ON Menu,
etc. At the outset it says it is an FB^3 Ultralite Program and we don't have
that Project Type anymore.

I suspect Andy never changed this as the Project types were being shuffled
around some time back. BTW, the Release 3 version crashes also.
