Does anyone know of any audio analyzer software available for the Mac?

What I'm looking for is a shareware or commercial program that is 
primarily capable of making spectrographic analysis of audio inputs 
to Mac.  Various frequency analysis and recording features would be 
useful as well.

I know about 'Mac the Scope' but it's a little pricey.  It does what 
I need but it's also capable of more than I need and each option is 
rather expensive.
