I have searched all over Apple docs, including drag manager this and that,
elsewhere, but I can't find the resources specs need to create a picture
clipping. Anywhere in IM describe this beast?

I don't need to do it via drag manager necessarily, I just want to be able
to save a PICT resource in that format for easy viewing. I note that there
are about 3-4 other resources that must be there for the thing to be seen
as "undamaged."

Anybody know anything about this?

Any example code anywhere?
