As for VCD, DVD, S-VCD and all that, visit: http://lukifer.com Toast 5 is the easiest way to go, but not the only way by far. M.Pack, Media Cleaner 5, Heuris MPEG, they can all create VCD legal MPEG. Super VCD is another issue.
