The february digest at ftp://matups.math.u-psud.fr/pub/Mac/fb/FBdigests1998/
is listed as FBD 0198.cpt and when I try to download it all I get is garbage
as Netscape (3.01 or 4.02) apparently tries to read it as a text file.  I
can download the .hqx files just fine.  How do I get the cpt file
downloaded?  Any help would be appreciated.
