I have been sitting on it for a year or two, so no help there. :) I came up with it to close some contour data, but it will only work for special cases. But I would challenge a human to come up with a connected polygon from random points that fast. :) Working from the point average results in not too much better a fit either. All depends on the particular point set. If you remember Contour Me Cool, I need a beast that will link all those intersect points into a coherent whole (still). Robert Bob
