Isn't it the usual gnome way? way to go then...

OK, seriously, I don't clearly understand what you want to achieve
(scroll the edit fields or their contents). I suspect you mean the
edit fields themselves. Perhaps you could have a look at the
SCRL.FLTR in the PG header folder.
Not sure that helps though.
