As an addendum to an earlier musing on processor clock speed, it must be
noted that the speed bump to 2.45 GHz is generally considered crucial in the
industry.

That milestone, once reached, will pave the way to a dedicated processor pin
to which one connects leftover mashed potatoes to be warmed.
