I'm finally getting around to converting an FB^2 app to FB^3 now that
it produces carbonized apps (I'm working with the demo, but will soon
be buying a copy, before it expires anyway!).
My problem is, the program used to respond when I clicked in a
certain window (I have three on screen). I was using a mouse
handler. Now it only responds when I click in the lower right-hand
corner window, rather than the central window. It never even jumps
to the mouse handler code when the central window is clicked; it does
go to that code when I click on the lower right-hand corner window.
What controls which window(s) it responds to? I set the compiler for
appearance manager on/carbon. I have the large window active (i.e.,
Window 1 command). This worked in FB^2, but it doesn't work in FB^3
carbon.
Also, when I quit, the program goes to a process viewer. I can't
close this window. I have to force quit the compiled app. It lists
a bunch of info. Any idea why this would happen?
Also, any good subroutine for plotting a dataset in FB^3?
Any plans to carbonize the editor of FB^3? I love the ability to
compile carbon code, but would like to work entirely in OS X.
Much thanks & great work Staz!
Frank
