I have one of those algorythms in use in my big FB3 app (we cut aluminum
stock lengths into door pieces). It uses linked lists, tedd! :)

What I would like is an algorythm for a 2-dimensional optimization
allowing rotation of the sheet. When I think about it, my brain
threatens to explode.
