I'm porting my Clock Program to Carbon, and I can't figure out 
what the Carbon versions of the following toolbox functions are:

FN PBGetVolSync
FN PBGetFInfoSync
FN PBOpenSync
FN PBGetFInfoSync
FN PBFlushVolSync

Does anyone know what the carbon equivalents are ?
