As Tedd rightly pointed out, have been busy in the world of barcodes amongst
other things. To know more, download a copy of Scorpion BarCode from our

Follow software products, Scorpion BarCode, and then Download. Built
entirely using FBII, ResEdit, huge amounts of coffee, and monumental levels
of help from the FB community!

Regarding Accounting software, wrote the Scorpion Gold and Scorpion Platinum
series of software. Gold was for book keeping and payroll, Platinum was for
enterprise multiuser multicurrency financial and manufacturing environments.
Suspended it for the moment for commercial reasons, probably revive it at a
later date. Both are based around European accounting principles.

For EDI based projects, we wrote a module to interface into BACS, the
English based Banking system (Banks Automated Clearance System). It was to
be embedded into the accounting packages. Let us know if you want any help
on the technical concepts. BACS is in the process of changing its specs in
the near future so it will have to be rewritten but the principles will
remain the same.

Other EDI modules that were written were to interface Payroll and Tax Return
information to make monthly and annual returns to the H M Inland Revenue in
England. This was part of the Payroll package.

All the above were written in FBII and are being slowly ported to FB3 Carbon
for MacOS X compatibility.
