Hi all,
In one of my little drag-and drop utilities there is mild
misbehavior of the cursor that I animate by the simplest CURSOR
commands to do one 45 degree turn of a wheel for every file
processed.
The misbehavior seen is unpredictable change of the cursor with
respect to background (transparency and b/w inversion seem to be
involved). I believe I have seen similar symptoms in a few other
apps (not mine).
I am doing no graphics stuff like COPYBITS myself; the most
dangerous thing I do is probably frequent appeals to "CALL
USERESFILE x%". But I do activate the appropriate resource file
before every call to CURSOR y%.
Could anyone suggest a possible fix?
Should I be having the application resource fork foremost
99.7% of the time? It contains the CURS resources.
Cheers,
Laurent S. (in Paris)
