I use HandDBase on my Palm.  Simple to use, and can import comma- or
tab-delimited files.  It might import FMP files directly, but that's a pure
guess on my part.

With BackupBuddy, HandDBase databases can be synced along with everything
else.  No problems at all using it with my OS 9 Mac.
