Thanks to a bit of private tuition, Steve Van Voorst has saved me $256 
and I can now create a template for an ldes resource in ResEdit      :-)

However, is it correct to say that:

1. the number of rows cannot change from the value entered when 
creating the resource

2. all columns must have equal widths
