With a FN CreateListBoxControl, is there any way to individually set 
the font and size and color of each element?

I can't see that you can, I can only change the font size, and the 
color is always black for all elements (rows). (Using "Simple List in 
Carbon" Fb example)

If not, does anyone have a "Carbon compliant/Works in Carbon" List 
widget that allows individual setting of each element as to color, 
font/style, and size?

Scrollable?

So one might have a title element  that's bold, then the next items 
might be in one color, the next few items might be in another color, 
etc...
