I;m wondering if you are saving information like preferences etc which 
has resulted in PG information being saved to an external file on the 
OSX machine but is not being found on the OS9.1 machine.

You can also get these errors if you fail to switch resource files 
correctly (ie try to access the PG resources from the wrong file).
