Robert, et al... so far your routine suggestion is perfect.   If you could
indulge me a bit further.   I realize I also need to set for US Legal.

I have been looking for a reference to the _kPM constant for that.   Will I
use PMSetPhysicalPaperSize to do set this?   Thanks in advance.
