Anyone know of a way to tell when a machine last slept?
I was doing some timing and it occurred to me that if a machine 
went to sleep and was awakened, there would no way for me
to know if my timing was interrupted because of sleep.

Also I thought I saw a few months back that someone determined
the cpu utilization of a program.  I looked but was unable to find
this example.  Would someone mind reposting if you find it?
