I should probably state that I have made the choice, but that doesn't stop me from reading about alternatives. After using SuperCard for several generations before it transitioned to OS X at a price I wouldn't pay, I realized that I really didn't like OOP, it's just not the way I think and unanticipated consequences are the norm. I also read Matt Neuberg's "REALbasic" and thought it the best description I'd ever seen of OOP, and, of course, that language. In spite of his cogent explanations and examples, I still chose FB, and other than the occasional negatives I've posted here, I'm not sorry I did.
