Create the icons in a separate resource file and include the resource file in the project. Assuming the resource file has been created correctly, it should override any default resources created by FB. There a lot of details to deal with depending on what the target environment is for your application (i.e. building for OS 9 or X) and how much information is detailed in the plist resource you create. Check back with the list as you get into more specific issues. Many have already been through this. Good luck.
