Absolutely! Thank you Stu. At first I looked at the USR functions  
(USR Roundup, rounddown and round) but realized (supplemented by RP's  
helpful hardware hint ) these did not accomplish the Scott H's  
objective. Thank for contributing the function but, more importantly,  
thanks for pointing out/reminding us we have the tools to create our  
own solutions.
