Hi gang:

Thanks to Brian and Steve, my B-Tree Demo application is now working 
great and showing internal documentation as I wanted.

However, it still has one minor problem I can't solve. A description follows:

1. The application runs correctly and has it's own icon .

2. If you change the name of the application, it won't run. It 
displays "Application Launch Failure because of a shared library 
error "0^."

3. If you make a duplicate, the duplicate won't run. It displays a 
"You cannot open the application because it may be damaged or 
incomplete."

In either case, if you open the "contents" (i.e., show package 
contents) and change the name of the resource file (found in the 
"Content->Resources" folder) AND change the name of the program 
document file (found in the "Content->MacOS" folder) to the new name, 
then everything works!

Does anyone have any idea as to what's going on and how to fix it?
