The table of contents is there, complete with H and V scroll bars,  
but there's nothing in it except the words "Table of Contents".

The calendar pane (top left) has a vert scroll bar. 2 of the 5 left  
arrows are coloured blue (the other three are outlines). The two  
coloured ones select consecutive weeks.
