To anyone who can help,

Seems like everywhere I turn lately someone is talking about 'Call  
Backs' and ENTER PROCS/EXIT PROCS, etc.

Could someone please point me in a direction that I might gain some  
understanding as to what they are and why they are. These are things  
that I have never dealt with because I have not had the need as of  
yet. If there are any old posts I could read or and douments  
available I will read them. I get the strongest feeling that this is  
something I need to understand.
