David: Nice to meet another psychologist using FB. I didn't see the 
.incl file to which you referred. I wonder if it first appeared in the 
release after the one I'm using (4.2). I'm not sure why I never 
received 4.3.

And finally, thanks again to Walter, who replied directly. I didn't 
realize that HIDEMENUBAR also disabled the Dock. That should take care 
of most inadvertent disruptions. Other problems would require the use 
of special and/or multiple keys, but I'm very glad to know I can 
selectively disable most other potential problems if they arise!
