I believe the disk format supports 255 unicode filenames, but OS support 
for it isn't here yet.  I think we're waiting on Apple for that.  And 
even then, I'm sure some or most applications will need to be updated to 
make use of the capability, as most applications that handle files the 
"right way" limit them to 32 chars internally.
