Laurie told me about this last night. He said there's no disk drive...!
I said, well then, no disk drive, no software installations, no crashing.
Very Smart :-P

Also sounds like a 33.6k modem is becoming out of date; kind of like the
14.4k geoports that we all have half of in our machine in the time of 28.8k
technology. ISPs (like mine) are starting to support v90, and it works
beautifully from where i am now. Even wintel machines are coming with
USR/3Com X2s in them(56k). Whoever's in charge of modem technology should
get a spitball thrown at him/her...
