Nope. Its called SoundBuddy and I wrote it for Inside Basic magazine when
enter/exit procs were still magic with the sound routines. It uses the
toolbox routines for all the functions.

It only slows down if done wrong. Otherwise, I doubt you'd ever see a hit
in speed.

With the routine you can handle the sounds anyway you want. Beauty of the
callback in the sound routines. You don't need to handle it. Does it itself.
