Doesn't work symmetrically here no matter how you select a line.

#if 1
The endif is stuck on the#endif.

Just like that

This fixes it...

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ASCII" standalone="yes"?>
<menu>Edit+Copy</menu>
<print>
#if 1
</print>
<menu>Edit+Paste</menu>
<print>
#endif
</print>

There's no Undo it seems either.

Anyhow, again:

Say you select this whole line in the editor:

fbtestLineone = fbtestlinetwo

and run a Framers script (as Ken mentioned)

...you get a US Constitution. Framers joke. Not really. ;) I get this:

#if 1  (or #if 0
fbtestLineone = fbtestlinetwo#endif // cursor ending up here

With the fixed one, you get

#if 1  (or #if 0
fbtestLineone = fbtestlinetwo
#endif
//cursor ending up here
