but you really missed my point.

Please have a look at Bricknells book!
This book is not for converters but for beginners, however for 
C-beginners. It deals with the use of the Carbon-toolbox basics which 
are essential if you want to write stand-alone FB-programms.

Furthermore, the organization of a tutorial dealing with 
Carbon-toolbox is IMHO independent of the programming langauge.
