Have you tried building the app with  "Include debugger labels" for OS  
X traceback on the "debug" tab of FB4 preferences?

Another possibility ( assuming you know the general area of code that  
fails based on what the user was doing when it failed ) is running  
with the FB4 debugger. Don't forget to turn OFF verification of  
toolboxes at startup ( debugger tab ) and the rebuilding toolbox names  
at init on the Advanced tab.
