Well, the way I see it, this should be easy to shut down.
 * It's a school web site, meaning the state controls and is responsible for it.
 * This is an unauthorized archive. Copyright infringement(maybe I'm
stretching it?)

Mix these two together, and you've really got a reason to get it shut down...

But who wants to call 1-609-555-1212, get the number for the main office of
the School District 21 and tell them that they have no permission to copy
this list?
