Note: Excuse the repeat post.
Meant this to be separate topic for reference purposes.

OK I ran the FBShell example first thing today.
Came up with one Fatal Error:
Checked the Project/Group/Headers for possible hint at a toolbox
Turns out there is one in there called: Util_CE.incl
Checked the FBShell.main file for reference to Util_CE.incl - There is
Put: include "Util_CE.incl" at the top of FBShell.main and Fatal Error
Program works as intended. (thinking - Why did I have to put that
Seems to me there is something else wrong with FBShell.main though.
Are not Toolbox Includes contained within Project/Group/Headers
supposed to be seen by FBtoC without
adding include "Tlbx name.incl" statement to the source.main file?
There are 3 include files in Project/Group/Heades + the default one
But apparently Util_CE.incl was not seen or something?
