Selecting FB Help Menu/Apple Xcode Reference <- runs Xcode.
Two windows open.
I would like to see a screencast outlining the features of each window.

1. The Xcode News window
2. The Xcode Workspace Guide window

I am reading what appears to be an endless list of documents found by  
using the above two windows. :-) It's a great adventure.
The screencast would be a good road sign for beginners looking for  
documentation.
