Suggestions:

I'm not perfectly happy with Java as supporting Cocoa. Java widely 
supports the MacOSX-GUI but I fear we cannot speak of a general 
Cocoa-Support, which doesn't really matter and if, I should like to 
know who is concerned or what reasons.

However, I should like to suggest a further column in your matrix, 
namely learning curve with honoring the fact that Java is easier to 
learn than C/ObjC.
